A place where you can truly be yourself without judgement.
Accept, heal and blossom

Are you feeling overwhelmed are constantly battling your own thoughts, or finding yourself worrying all the time? Feeling stressed, anxious, or overthinking everything you've said or done? Perhaps you don't feel like yourself anymore or find yourself overreacting at the slightest comment.
Starting counselling can feel like a big step. Opening up and talking about your thoughts, feelings and experiences may seem overwhelming, and it is completely understandable to feel nervous. Being here today means you've already taken the first step, which takes courage.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I SEE YOU, I HEAR YOU.
As an integrative counsellor, I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.
Every person is unique, so I tailor our work together to suit your individual needs and goals for therapy.
I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches including:

I will meet you as you are experiencing the world without judgement. I offer a safe place where you can truly be you, allowing you to truly discover yourself by exploring your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. We can explore coping mechanisms and grounding techniques so that you can regulate your emotions and build self-awareness, allowing you to truly understand yourself, helping you thrive in life.
Alongside my professional training, I have personal experience of living with anxiety, depression, overthinking and AUADHD and parenting a child with AUADHD AND ADD. This gives me a deeper understanding of some of the challenges that you may face, including emotional dysregulation, racing thoughts, difficulties with organisation low self-esteem low confidence, masking and feeling misunderstood.
You do not have to navigate things alone. I will walk alongside you as you explore who you truly are, whilst capturing your healing journey together.
As an integrative counsellor, we can explore both the immediate and deeper layers of your experience. When working with depression and anxiety, we might use grounding tools to help calm the mind and body alongside gentle exploration of where worry and tension originate. With depression, our work can include finding ways to ease day-to-day difficulties while also addressing low mood. Through this process, therapy becomes a place to develop compassion for yourself and find new ways forward.
As an integrative counsellor, I tailor our work to your unique way of thinking, feeling and the way you experience the world. Together we'll explore both the strategies and challenges of living with neurodivergence, whether that involves attention, sensory experiences, emotions or relationships. Our sessions may include practical strategies for focus and regulation alongside space to understand yourself more deeply and build self-acceptance. Above all, therapy is a space where you can be fully yourself.
Overthinking can leave you feeling stuck, constantly analysing situations, replaying conversations, worrying about the future or doubting yourself. I tailor my approach to explore what is keeping you in this cycle, to help you understand the root causes of your overthinking and to help you develop healthier ways to manage difficult thoughts and emotions.
You do not have to navigate things alone. I will walk alongside you as you explore who you truly are. I see you; I hear you.

My own healing journey began when I finally faced my fear of going to college after years of self-doubt, following difficulties and setbacks in school. More recently, at the age of 46, I was diagnosed with AuDHD (Autism and ADHD), which helped me make sense of the emotional rollercoaster I had experienced throughout my life. This diagnosis has given me a deeper understanding of myself and strengthened my passion for helping others.
I am also a cancer survivor, and this experience taught me resilience, courage, and the importance of hope during life’s most challenging moments. Alongside this, I have lived with anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and I understand first-hand how overwhelming these experiences can be. Through counselling, I learned valuable ways to regulate my emotions, develop self-awareness, and grow as a person. This personal journey allows me to connect with others from a place of genuine understanding and compassion.
As a single parent of five children, I have faced many challenges, but these experiences have also been some of life’s greatest lessons. Raising children, including supporting a child with ADHD, has given me valuable insight into family life, resilience, patience, and the importance of unconditional support.
I am approachable, empathetic, and I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow when they feel heard, understood, and supported by the right person. My lived experiences, combined with my professional development, enable me to offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges. Witnessing the healing process myself, I became a counsellor to help others thrive in life.
Above all, I am passionate about supporting others on their journey, helping them discover their strengths, build resilience, and realise that positive change is possible.

Imagine this room as steady and gentle: nothing flashy, nothing performative, just warmth. There's a comfortable chair that fits you exactly as you are today; no clipboards raised like shields, no ticking clock rushing you. I'm here, grounded, human, and fully listening.
In this space:

I'll meet you exactly where you are, not where you “should” be. If something feels heavy, we will hold it together; if something feels confusing, we'll be curious instead of critical; if something feels small but keeps coming back, that's important too.
This is a safe, confidential, non-judgmental, down-to-earth space. Think less clinical office, “more” someone sitting across from you saying yeah that makes sense”
The space is yours to start anywhere:
You are the focus of the session, and you are always in the driver's seat; this is your healing journey to process in your own time.
You are not alone.
